missingWrote a review on 03 Decstuffy air
The air conditioner struggled to cool the room effectively, leaving things a bit stifling. The overall cleanliness had some hiccups. I found hair in the shower and on the sink counter, less than ideal. The location presented noise issues from the nearby highway, affecting the ability to open windows for fresh air.

Dinner at the restaurant was very, very good and at a good price
We were a group of 9 people and when we went down to have breakfast one of them came down at 10:25 the maximum time for breakfast was 10:00:30, still at the reception they charged me the 6 euro for the free buffet and they told him that he could come down for breakfast, he went to get things to eat for breakfast one of the employees (Marisa Pinillos) told him that it was closed my friend explained him that they had charged him at the reception to be able to have breakfast so he filled up his plate and told the employee that he understood and that he was done with it and that was it, she went to get something else before sitting down and employee told her again in a bad way "I told you we are closed", my friend "but I am only going to get a piece of ham", employee "so you should have got up earlier".. I think that this is not the way to treat a client, so my friend put up a complaint form, I don't think they do anything, at least let it be recorded here.

outside, just in front of the hotel entrance always full of cigarette butts. very attentive and friendly staff help you with everything you need. simple but very complete breakfast, for me great. there were times when the coffee cups were dirty, they didn't come out of the dishwasher clean and they weren't checked. room when we had to open the extra bed for the kids was a bit impassable if we added the stroller and bags, we survived. There is almost no closet space to put clothes and not have to leave them inside the suitcase. very uncomfortable extra bed. It's a wooden board. In general we will say that well. treatment very good, cleaning of the room the necessary one, remarking the thing of the cigarette butts of the entrance, little uncomfortable the room to the being 4 and to stay something small, much tranquillity and cosy,
Cigarette butts at the entrance of the hotel, little space in the room, we did not ask, but neither were we informed if there was a transfer service to pick us up from the airport or to take us to it. Freshly made breakfast glasses, dirty. Uncomfortable extra bed. Very small closet.

The staff's cheerful welcome significantly enhanced our stay, and we appreciated the quick access to public transport. The breakfast options were somewhat limited for our needs as a family.

One of the hotels, I stayed during my trip to Spain, had a Kettle. The bus rout is perfect, Number 7 stops behind the hotel and it goes to city centre, cost €1.25 per person. Valencia Aquarium Centre is 20 min walking distance. You van walk to it. If you have car Shopping Centre Just to minutes to drive, it is same side as Valencia Aquarium Centre.
Breakfast finishes to early at 10.30am. I was on my holidays and I have to wake up early because I want to get breakfast before I head off.

Free coffee round the clock!
Woke up each morning to the aroma of fresh coffee wafting through the lobby. The staff was helpful, directing us to local attractions and even accommodating our request for early check-in. Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast made it worthwhile!

Hotel was situated south of the city but within easy travel by bus. Room was comfortable. Very convenient for City of Arts and Sciences. Breakfast was good value with sufficient choice to start the day. Outside the main city so was very quiet.
Area surrounding hotel was not pretty to look at and a little run down, but this did not spoil anything for us.

The hotel had clean and modern rooms with firm mattresses and a high-quality shower. A treasure for coffee lovers, it offered free tea and coffee around the clock. The location allowed for a nice walking distance to the City of Arts and Sciences, quite a treat.

The rooms are clean and comforable.
On arrival we were charged us a supplement for the third person - apparently this was in "small letters" in booking. The sofa bed for the third person was very uncomfortable. The breakfast is poor - alot of starchy pastries and bread. Tinned fruit. Overly concentrated juices.
